Terms of Use
Last updated 29 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Walti app for iPhone. By downloading or using Walti, you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where the two differ for App Store distribution, Apple's EULA governs.
Licence
Walti grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source of the app except to the extent the law expressly permits.
Purchases and refunds
Walti Premium is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service — please contact Apple Support for refunds; we are not able to process them directly.
Not financial advice
Walti is a personal budgeting tool. The totals, averages, and trends it shows are informational only and are not financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying the figures you rely on.
Availability and changes
The app is provided on an ongoing basis but may change, and features may be added or removed over time. These terms may be updated; the current version will always be on this page, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept it.
Disclaimer and liability
Walti is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
